HOW TO INTEGRATE CEX / DEX?

• What's the procedure to integrate a CEX with KoinX?
  

1. In the Integrations section, click on the Add Integrations button on the top right corner.

2. After clicking, select the centralised exchange you want to integrate. You can use the search button to search for your desired platform.

3. There may be different integration techniques or methods for every CEX, please refer to the guidelines given on the platform page to integrate.

INTEGRATION GUIDES

• How frequently does the platform auto-sync data from connected wallets, and can this interval be adjusted?
  

KoinX regularly auto-syncs data from connected wallets approximately once every week. Currently, users do not have the option to adjust this interval on their own. 

However, if there is a specific requirement for a different sync frequency, our team can make adjustments on the backend to accommodate such needs. This ensures that the platform remains flexible and responsive to the unique requirements of individual users.

• Can I integrate NFT marketplaces with KoinX for seamless transaction tracking?
  

Yes, you can integrate your blockchain addresses and we'll track your NFTs from there, too.

• How do I integrate additional exchanges or protocols into KoinX?
  

In the integrations section, you can click on the Add Integration button on the top-left and add additional exchanges or protocols into KoinX.

• What's the method to remove integrated platforms or services? 

In the integrations section, you can click on the hamburger menu (three vertical dots) in the integrated platform’s box and click on Unlink to remove it from KoinX.

• How can I manually synchronise my integrated wallets with KoinX?

In the integrations section, you can click on the Sync All button to manually synchronise your integrated wallets with KoinX.

• How many wallets am I allowed to integrate at once?

You are currently allowed to integrate three platforms. For adding more integrations, please contact our support team.

• How do I use a custom file format for integrating transactions?

In the Integration section, click on the Add Integrations button on the top-left corner.

Find the Custom File option and click on it.

Now, you can upload the custom file and press Submit to process your document.

• Which DeFi protocols are compatible with this platform?
  

You can find the list of supported protocols inside the Add Integrations list.

• What is the procedure for connecting DeFi platforms to this service?
  

It varies from platform to platform. For some, you may connect your EVM wallet and integrate, while others may need manual document uploads for integration.

TROUBLESHOOTING INTEGRATION ISSUES 

• If I want to integrate more than the allowed number of wallets, how can I do that?
  

You can do that by contacting our support team.

• I'm unable to locate my exchange on the list. What should I do? How can I request the addition of new integration options to KoinX?
